Thus, it is analyzed when the subordination and characterization of the employment relationship in teleworking, including jurisprudential issues that recognize the employment relationship distance work when all the requirements for configuration, bringing also judgments about the right of overtime for the home office worker. | |
| dc.description | O presente trabalho monográfico tem por objetivo analisar o Home Office e a caracterização da relação de emprego, tendo em vista a recente mudança na legislação trabalhista. Assim, analisa-se quando resta configurada a subordinação e a caracterização do vínculo empregatício no teletrabalho, incluindo questões jurisprudenciais que reconhecem o vínculo empregatício para o trabalho a distância quando preenchido todos os requisitos para sua configuração, trazendo também julgados procedentes acerca do direito de horas extras para o trabalhador que labora em home office. | |
