| dc.description | O presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso I, tem como finalidade
embasar todas as informações necessárias para um anteprojeto de uma
Unidade de Pronto Atendimento – UPA, no município de Tubarão/SC. O
tema consiste em melhorar o sistema público de saúde da cidade, bem
como os atendimento de urgência e emergência de média complexidade
vinte e quatro horas por dia, com a necessidade de prover a qualidade de
saúde da população de baixa renda e integrar o paciente com a natureza.
De tal forma, foram realizados estudos para que a UPA desafogasse o
Hospital Nossa Senhora da Conceição - HNSC e a falta de leitos, assim
como pesquisas da humanização hospitalar e a sua importância para o
início do partido geral. O estudo também elencou análise de referenciais
teóricos e projetuais a fim de abranger as setorizações e os fluxos de um
ambiente hospitalar, e o estudo de caso para compreender melhor o
funcionamento da UPA, o diagnóstico da área, para entender a realidade
do local e a real importância do tema. Por fim, a elaboração do anteprojeto
com programa de necessidades estabelecido pelo Ministério da saúde,
seguindo as normas da Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária –
ANVISA. | |
| dc.description | This undergraduate thesis aims to base all the necessary information for a
preliminary project of an Emergency Care Unit - UPA, in the municipality of
Tubarão/SC. The theme consists of improving the city's public health
system, as well as medium complexity urgent and emergency care
twenty-four hours a day, with the need to provide the health quality of the
low-income population and integrate the patient with the nature. Thereby
studies have been undertaken aimed at UPAcould relieve the Hospital our
Lady of Conception and the lack of beds, as well as research on hospital
humanization and it's importance for the beginning of the general party.
The study also listed analysis of theoretical and design references in order
to cover the sectors and flows of a hospital environment, and the case
study to better understand the functioning of the UPA, the diagnostic of the
area, to understand the place's reality and the real importance of the topic.
In conclusion, the elaboration of the preliminary project with a needs
program established by the Ministry of Health, following the rules of the
National Health Surveillance Agency - ANVISA. | |
