The project is justified by the need to professionalize the management of a small family business to provide domestic repair services. The business is responsible for all income generation of the family and apparently the management is carried out empirically, family and traditional, without the use of modern administrative techniques. Therefore, the objective will be the production of an expansion business plan for this small business, which if deemed feasible, could be an opportunity for growth and consolidation in the market. | |

Portanto, o objetivo será a produção de um plano de negócios de ampliação para esse pequeno negócio, que se considerado viável, poderá ser uma oportunidade de crescimento e consolidação no mercado. | |
