| dc.description | This paper intends to offer a contribution to the theme of domestic work and to defend the argument that, through Constitutional Amendment no. 72 of 2013 which guaranteed to this category of workers other rights that did not appear in the sole paragraph of article 7 of the Constitution, and finally by Complementary Law n. 150, dated June 1, 2015. The purpose of this study is therefore to demonstrate the unfolding provided by this Law to the category of domestic workers, making a historical approach to the evolution of domestic labor in Brazil and the labor rights that were assured to this class of workers, from the preparation of bibliographical research. | |
| dc.description | O presente trabalho pretende oferecer uma contribuição ao tema do trabalho doméstico e, defender o argumento de que, pela Emenda Constitucional n. 72 de 2013 que assegurou a esta categoria de trabalhadores outros direitos que não figuraram no parágrafo único do artigo 7º da Carta Magna, e finalmente pela Lei Complementar n. 150, de 1º de junho de 2015. O objeto do presente estudo visa, portanto, demonstrar os desdobramentos proporcionados por esta Lei à categoria dos trabalhadores domésticos, fazendo antes, porém uma abordagem histórica da evolução do trabalho doméstico no Brasil e dos direitos trabalhistas que foram assegurados a esta classe de trabalhadores, a partir da elaboração de pesquisa bibliográfica. | |
