| dc.description | The main objective of this internship report is the application of the cost/volume/profit analysis in a supermarket located in the municipality of Pedras Grandes (SC). The report has six chapters. The first one introduces the objectives, the procedures used and the limitations found. Then, the literature review of the main concepts of the area is carried out as: spending, expenses, costs, in addition to the cost / volume / profit analysis, and its tools such as: contribution margin, break-even point, and margin of safety. It presents the company, its main characteristics, organizational structure and the direct and indirect environment that acts. Next, a diagnosis is made regarding the topic addressed in this report, analyzing the strengths and weaknesses, proposing suggestions for improvements to the weaknesses found. Finally, it was verified the viability and applicability of the suggestions in the reality of the company. | |
| dc.description | O principal objetivo deste relatório de estágio é a aplicação da Análise Custo/Volume/Lucro em um supermercado localizado no município de Pedras Grandes (SC). O relatório possui seis capítulos. O primeiro traz os objetivos, os procedimentos utilizados e as limitações encontradas. Em seguida, realiza-se a revisão da literatura dos principais conceitos da área, como: gastos, despesas, custos, além da Análise Custo/Volume/Lucro, que envolve a margem de contribuição, o ponto de equilíbrio e a margem de segurança. Apresenta-se a empresa, suas principais características, a estrutura organizacional e o ambiente direto e indireto que atua. Na sequência, realiza-se um diagnóstico referente ao tema abordado neste relatório, analisando os pontos fortes e fracos, propondo sugestões de melhorias para os pontos fracos encontrados. Por fim, verificou-se a viabilidade e aplicabilidade das sugestões na realidade da empresa. | |
