| dc.description | Discussions on the reformulation of social security are happening all over the world
today. It is a very controversial subject, because no one can reach a consensus. In the year 2016,
the Brazilian government presented PEC 287 that would restructure all Social security in the country, modifying from the RGPS to the RPPS. The justification was that life expectancy was increasing over the years, the deficits of the pension system were recurring and that it was necessary to
seek the actuarial balance of the system. In presenting the proposal for pension reform, there were
groups that disagreed on the need to restructure the system, stating that the government ignored
certain data in order to justify the proposal and there are other entities that agree with the idea To
reformulate welfare, but also disagree with the way the government presented such ideas. The present work aims at presenting the lines of thoughts pertaining to pension reform showing its justifications. | |
| dc.description | As discussões sobre a reformulação da Previdência Social acontecem no
mundo inteiro, atualmente. É um assunto muito polêmico, pois ninguém consegue chegar
a um consenso. No ano de 2016, o governo brasileiro apresentou a PEC 287 que rees-
truturaria toda a Previdência Social no país, modificando desde o RGPS até os RPPS. A
justificativa era que a expectativa de vida estava aumentando ao longo dos anos, os dé-
ficits do sistema previdenciário eram recorrentes e que era necessário buscar o equilíbrio
atuarial do sistema. Ao apresentar a proposta de reforma da previdência, houve grupos
que discordaram na necessidade de reestruturação do sistema, afirmando que o governo
ignorou determinados dados para poder justificar a proposta e existem outras entidades
que concordam com a ideia de reformular a previdência, mas que também discordam da
forma que o governo apresentou tais ideias. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo a
apresentação das linhas de pensamentos referentes a reforma da previdência mostrando
suas justificativas. | |
