| dc.description | The aim of this study is to identify, in the work A Duraçao Do Dia, by Adelia Prado,
the relationship of the female self-poetic with aging. For this it will be done a
theoretical and critical survey about female aging and contemporary meanings. The
considerations to be developed aim to map the condition of mature woman in the
Brazilian socio-cultural context, allowing for a reflection about the relations of gender
on aging women in society. We assume that changes in society, influenced by the
increase in female participation in social, economic and political relations changed
the perception on values like beauty and the experiences of sexuality with which the
poetic text by Adelia Prado dialogues. To achieve this goal, it will be held a small
historical of the poetic trajectory of the Divinopolis writer as well as an overview of
struggle and achievement of women in the twentieth century. The analysis will be
permeated by debates around issues of gender and aging, aimed to map the
presence / absence of these elements in author work and the dialogue that it
establishes with the transformation of society. | |
| dc.description | O objetivo deste trabalho é identificar, na obra A duração do dia, de Adélia Prado, a
relação do eu-poético feminino com o envelhecimento. Para isso, será feito um
levantamento de cunho teórico e crítico acerca dos significados do envelhecimento
feminino à luz de pressupostos históricos e feministas presentes no discurso poético.
As considerações a serem desenvolvidas visam a mapear a condição da mulher
madura no contexto sociocultural brasileiro, ensejando uma reflexão acerca das
relações de gênero sobre o envelhecimento das mulheres na sociedade brasileira
contemporânea. Partimos do pressuposto de que as mudanças ocorridas na
sociedade, influenciadas pelo aumento da participação feminina nas relações
sociais, econômicas e políticas, alteraram a percepção diante de valores como a
beleza e a vivência da sexualidade, e esta pode ser representada nos textos
poéticos. Para a concretização deste objetivo, será realizado um pequeno histórico
da trajetória poética da escritora de Divinópolis, bem como um apanhado das lutas e
conquistas das mulheres no século XX. A análise será permeada pelos debates em
torno das questões de gênero e do envelhecimento, visando a mapear a presença
desses elementos na obra da autora mineira e o diálogo que essa estabelece com
as transformações da sociedade. | |
