| dc.description | This dissertation is dedicated to the analysis of the monitoring and evaluation
of Goal 7 – which deals with the improvement of the flow and quality of education –
of the Municipal Education Plan of São Luís/MA (PME/São Luís). The Empirical
analysis focuses on the 6th grade of Elementary School, a critical stage of transition
for students between important cycles. The objective is to monitor Goal 7 of the PME,
with the guiding question being the reflection on the factors that have influenced the
low frequency and the irregular flow of students in the 6th grade of Elementary School
of the municipal public network of São Luís/MA. The bibliographical and documental
analysis constitutes the first part of the research. This is followed by an empirical
analysis of the monitoring of Target 7 and its evidence. It concludes with the proposal
of an Education Action Plan aimed at improving the monitoring and evaluation of São
Luís’ PME, especially its Goal 7. | |
| dc.description | A presente dissertação dedica-se à investigação do monitoramento e
avaliação da Meta 7 - que trata da melhoria do fluxo e da qualidade da educação -
do Plano Municipal de Educação de São Luís/MA (PME/São Luís). A empiria voltase ao 6º ano do Ensino Fundamental, etapa crítica de transição dos estudantes entre
importantes anos de estudos. Objetiva-se monitorar a Meta 7 do PME, tendo como
questão norteadora a reflexão acerca da baixa frequência e o fluxo irregular de
estudantes do 6º ano do Ensino Fundamental da Rede Pública Municipal de São
Luís/MA. A análise bibliográfica e documental constitui a primeira parte da pesquisa.
Segue-se a empiria acerca de: como tem sido feito o monitoramento da Meta 7 do
PME de São Luís? Conclui-se com a proposta de um Plano de Ação Educacional
direcionado ao aprimoramento do monitoramento e da avaliação do PME de São
Luís, especialmente sua Meta 7 por fomentar a qualidade da educação básica em
todas as etapas e modalidades, com melhoria do fluxo escolar. | |
