| dc.description | The present work seeks to analyze points about the mixed district vote, and how the
adoption of the system would bring a new configuration or not to our legislative system.
The search for representativeness and rapprochement between voters and candidates is
undoubtedly a tool that strengthens our democracy, so that people can see through their
mandate who are their direct representatives, and not the knowledge of the candidates of
knowledge. every four years. Still thinking about the electorate and all the direct and
indirect points through which an election affects them, we have a decrease in electoral
costs with the advent of the mixed district vote, allowing agents who until then would not
have been able to claim an election, as well as, in reducing the party electoral fund, thus
generating an economy, which can be applied in other areas of greater need. In this way,
we worked with the re-election of those that occurred in 2018, as well as bringing an
overview of our electoral system and electoral systems worldwide, so that we could do a
broader analysis, but one that applies to our reality. | |
| dc.description | O presente trabalho busca análisar pontos acerca do voto distrital misto, e como a adoção
desse sistema traria uma configuração nova ou não para o nosso sistema legislativo. A
busca pela representatividade e aproximação entre eleitores e candidatos é sem sombra de
dúvidas, uma ferramenta que fortalecerá o nossa democracia, de modo que as pessoas
coonsigam enxergar ao longo do mandato quais são seus representates diretos, e não a
tomada de conhecimento dos candidatos de quatro em quatro anos. Ainda pensando no
eleitorado e em todos os pontos diretos e indiretos pelas quais uma eleição os atinge,
temos a diminuição de custos eleitorais com o advento do voto distrital misto,
possibilitando agentes que até então não conseguiriam pleitear uma eleiçã, como também,
na diminuição do fundo eleitoral partidário, gerando assim uma ecônomia, que poderá ser
aplicada em outras aréas de maior carência. Desse modo, trabalhamos com a reeleitura
das eleições ocorridas em 2018, assim como trouxemos um apanhado do nosso sistema
eleitoral e sistemas eleitorais mundo a fora, de modo que pudessemos fazé uma análise
mais abrangente, mas que se aplique a nossa realidade. | |
