dc.descriptionThe civil construction is the most waste-generating industry, for this reason the search for this theme was to analyze an efficient alternative to the conventional construction system aiming at saving residual loses. This work searched to find the difference in the amount of civil construction waste between a home that was build in the constructive system in light steel framing (LSF) and the estimate of the same if it were build in the conventional construction system. The development of this work took place from the monitoring of a construction in progress in the LSF system, quantifying the gray construction material that would be used if the house was in the conventional system, with the materials used in loco. After analyzing the data obtained through visits to the house and estimating the necessary materials, it was possible to relate the two systems through tables and graphs, obtaining the result that while the house that was build in LSF generated 4,5% of waste according to the materials considered, the conventional would generates 9,86% of waste used in the gray work, with a difference of 5,36% of waste between the two systems, proving that the constructive system in LSF generates less waste than a work in the conventional system.
dc.descriptionA construção civil é a indústria mais geradora de resíduos, por esse motivo a busca por esse tema foi analisar uma alternativa eficiente ao sistema construtivo convencional visando uma economia em perdas residuais. Esse trabalho buscou encontrar a diferença da quantidade de Resíduos da Construção Civil (RCC) entre uma obra construída no sistema construtivo em light steel framing (LSF) e a estimativa da mesma em relação ao sistema de alvenaria convencional. O desenvolvimento desse trabalho deu-se a partir do acompanhamento de uma obra em andamento no sistema LSF, quantificando o material de obra cinza que seria utilizado caso a obra fosse no sistema convencional, com os materiais utilizados in loco. Após a análise dos dados obtidos através de visitas na obra e da estimativa dos materiais necessários foi possível relacionar os dois sistemas por meio de tabelas e gráfico obtendo o resultado de que enquanto a obra construída em LSF gerou 4,5% de resíduos de acordo com os materiais considerados, a convencional geraria 9,86% de resíduos utilizadas na obra cinza, tendo uma diferença de 5,36% de resíduos entre os dois sistemas, comprovando que o sistema construtivo em LSF gera menos resíduos do que uma obra no sistema convencional.
