| dc.description | He work deals with the relation of Legal Sciences (right) with other branches of the scienses human (all science is human, because it is made by humans), with impulse a personal experience. Walk on the pavement of the Sociology/Anthropology is intentional, as it seeks to escape the already established targeting the legal/normative acts. In legal science means the interdiciplinariedade like: the participation of Science (subjects) that make up the grid. For the correction of such a mistake, use the term multidisciplinarity, which goes beyond the understanding of interdisciplinarity, being then the one Who converses and finds himself built and other branches of Sciences and different course. This work seeks to elucidate the relational tension exists between the course of legal sciences and other science courses, proposing an interaction between them, using both the analysis of the Established and the Outsiders: book by sociologist Elias Norbert. | |
| dc.description | Este trabalho propõe-se a elucidar a tensão relacional existente entre o curso de Ciências Jurídicas e os cursos de outras áreas científicas, propondo uma interação entre eles, utilizando para tanto a análise dos Estabelecidos e os Outsiders: livro do sociólogo Nobert Elias & Scotson. O trabalho trata da relação do curso de Ciências Jurídicas (Direito) com outros ramos das ciências humanas (toda ciência é humana, pois é feita por humanos), tendo como impulso uma experiência pessoal. A monografia trata a partir da estilística mais informal e coloquial do meu discurso, na forma de ensaio com viés biográfico e crítico no que diz respeito ao ensino, das ciências jurídicas. Andar no pavimento das revisões bibliográficas da sociologia/antropologia é intencional, pois visa fugir do já instituído direcionamento objetivo a atos jurídicos/normativos. Nas Ciências Jurídicas entende-se a interdiciplinariedade como: a participação das ciências (disciplinas) que compõem a grade do curso. Para a correção de tal equivoco, utiliza-se o termo multidisciplinariedade, o qual vai além do entendimento da interdisciplinariedade, sendo então aquele que dialoga e se vê construído e constructor de outras ciências de ramos e curso diferentes. | |
