| dc.description | Ainda que permaneça demasiadamente aberta a pergunta sobre o que seja um livro indígena (seja pela presença indígena como tema, autoria, personagem, etc), tais livros ocupam cada vez mais a cena literária brasileira. É sabido que apenas a partir do final da década de 1970, a figura do autor indígena surge no mercado editorial brasileiro. A literatura de autoria indígena, registrada e transmitida por meio de livros, como ato político, tradutório e (inter)cultural por excelência, permite-nos pensar a escrita literária como índice identitário, isto é, como construção de imagem de si e como abertura ao outro, como relação? Por essa via, propomos a leitura dos livros de autorias indígenas, como ato performático que deseja dialogar de modo emancipatório com uma comunidade de leitores, em meio a diferenças culturais irredutíveis e em meio à invenção de regimes discursivos heteróclitos, verbais e visuais. No momento em que a pergunta sobre a autoria indígena parece se colocar, por fim, como uma questão histórica irredutível a ser enfrentada pela crítica literária e/ou cultural, uma outra pergunta também emerge (parece retornar), ainda mais radical: o que nos traz um livro quando se torna um artefato poético e político, dispositivo epistêmico, produzido pelas mãos de comunidades de tradição oral? O livro, talvez assim, possa ser compreendido como poética insurgente, como dispositivo, para afirmação de identidades culturais contra hegemônicas. | pt-BR |
| dc.description | It is known that only from the end of the 1970s, the figure of the indigenous author appears in the Brazilian publishing market. Although the question remains about what is the indigenous book (whether due to the indigenous presence in the book as a theme, authorship, character, etc.), such books occupy the Brazilian literary scene more and more. Literature of indigenous authorship registered and transmitted through books, as a political, translational and (inter) cultural act par excellence, allows us to think of literary writing as an identity index, that is, as a construction of the image of oneself and as an opening to the other. That is, as a relationship. In this way, we propose the reading of indigenous books as a performance act that wishes to dialogue in an emancipatory way with a community of readers, amidst irreducible cultural differences and the invention of he-teroclitic, verbal and visual discursive regimes. At the moment when the question about indigenous authorship seems to pose itself, finally, as an irreducible historical question to be faced by literary and / or cultural criticism, another question also emerges (seems to return), even more radical: what brings a book when it becomes a poetic and political artifact, an epistemic device, produced by the hands of communities of oral tradition? The book, therefore, can be understood as poetic, as a device, for the affirmation of cultural identities against hegemonic ones. | en-US |
