dc.descriptionThe search, identification and development of young talents in the sporting environment has been given prominence in the inner sporting sciences. Some difficulties are observed in this process, mainly as to how to determine parameters that allow an earlier and more trustworthy diagnosis for the organization and guidance of the sporting education. With this in mind, this text is aimed at reconstructing the meaning of the word ‘talent’ and next understand the processes or models for the identification of the talented youngster, as well as the limitations and difficulties found in the sports orientation and, lastly, emphatically explore the constitutional and environmental factors having influence in the detection of high performance levels sports practitioners.en-US
dc.descriptionLa búsqueda, identificación y desarrollo de jóvenes talentos en el ámbito de los deportes ha merecido destaque en el interior de las ciencias del deporte. Se observan algunas dificultades en este proceso, principalmente en relación a cómo encontrar parámetros que permitan un pronóstico más precoz y fiable en la organización y orientación de la formación deportiva. En ese sentido, se pretende en el presente texto reconstruir la definición de la palabra ‘talento’ y, enseguida, entender los procesos o modelos de identificación del joven talentoso, así como las limitaciones y dificultades en la orientación deportiva y, finalmente, explorar enfáticamente los factores constitucionales y ambientales que ejercen influencias en la detección de deportistas de alto nivel de desempeño.es-ES

Notam-se algumas dificuldades neste processo, principalmente em relação a como encontrar parâmetros que permitam prognóstico mais precoce e confiável na organização e orientação da formação desportiva.
