| dc.description | Esta pesquisa objetiva conhecer aspectos do funcionamento psíquico da mulher na atualidade. Trabalhamos com mulheres que mantêm um relacionamento fixo com um companheiro, que tem filhos e que mantêm um vínculo de trabalho fora do lar. Foi utilizada a técnica de entrevista semi- estruturada e na análise dos dados utilizamos a teoria psicanalítica. Consideramos a mulher e o seu envolvimento com o trabalho, a maternidade, o relacionamento afetivo e a feminilidade. Percebemos mulheres que buscam em seu trabalho uma forma de ajuda-las a crescer. A maternidade mantém-se ainda como um espaço de realização pessoal para a maioria. E o relacionamento afetivo mostra-se como a área onde a mulher mais investe seus recursos buscando seu bem estar, investindo a sua afetividade na manutenção e crescimento deste relacionamento. Percebemos que a mulher tem buscado se valorizar mais, apesar de constatarmos que a submissão e falta de confiança em si mesma é uma constante no universo com o qual trabalhamos. | |
| dc.description | This research had the purpose to find out the aspects of women's phychic action at present. We worked with women who are keeping a permanent relationship with a partner, growing children and tied to a job out of home. The practice of semi-structured interviews was used as well as the psychoanalytical theory in the data analysis. We considered the women and their further engagement with work, motherhood, affective relationships and feminineness. We could notice that there are women who seek a way to improve themselves in their own jobs. Motherhood has still been considered as a space of personal achievement for most of them. And affective relationship appears as an area where women invest more their resources, having in mind their well being, and then investing their affection, to manage and develop that relationship. It was also noticed that those women have been trying to appreciate better themselves, despite the evidence of their submission and lack of self-reliance as a constant in the universe we have worked on. | |
