| dc.description | The government of the state of Paraná, Brazil, launched in the 1990s the “Reference Network for Family Agriculture” Project in order to obtain methodological and technological development in the rural area. The project was developed through the participation of three subjects: Iapar (Paraná Agronomy Institute) researchers, rural extension leaders of Emater (Paraná Institute for Technical Assistance and Rural Extension), and farmers working in a familiar system. Current research reveals the social representations that each social group has with regard to the Project and, consequently, the network activities which they were developed. The Theory of Social Representations was employed for the above-mentioned qualitative and descriptive research. Analysis revealed several representations which, as a matter of fact, presented that the interviewed subjects have different points of view on the project. Results show that, taking into account the participation of the three subjects, the Project’s network organization exists in located sites and is related to the subject’s personal and subjective aspects that go beyond the network-proposed organizational structure. | |
| dc.description | Na década de noventa foi lançado pelo Governo do Paraná o Projeto “Redes de Referência para a Agricultura Familiar”, no sentido de obter avanços metodológicos e tecnológicos no campo. Esse Projeto foi desenvolvido a partir do envolvimento de três atores: pesquisadores do IAPAR (Instituto Agronômico do Paraná), extensionistas rurais da EMATER (Instituto Paranaense de Assistência Técnica e Extensão Rural) e produtores rurais da agricultura familiar. Objetivou-se, no presente trabalho, desvendar as representações sociais que cada grupo social tem do Projeto e, consequentemente, da sua ação desenvolvida em rede. Para tal empreendimento, serviuse da Teoria das Representações Sociais. Trata-se de uma pesquisa caracterizada como qualitativa e descritiva. A análise revelou a existência de representações diversas que, por conseguinte, mostra que os atores entrevistados têm maneiras diferentes de entender o Projeto. Foi possível concluir que a organização em rede no Projeto estudado, considerando a participação dos três atores, existe de maneira pontual e está relacionada a aspectos pessoais e subjetivos dos atores, que extrapolam a estrutura organizacional configurada em rede. | |
