dc.description | Objetivando avaliar a propagação vegetativa das variedades de soja IAC-8 e Garimpo, por meio de estacas retiradas das partes mediana e apical da planta, submetidas às doses 0,5, 50 e 500 ppm de 2,4-D e de 15% de sacarose, foi conduzido o experimento em casa de vegetação na Universidade Federal de Viçosa.. Observou-se maior comprimento da região enraizada na estaca com acréscimos nas doses de 2,4-D até um máximo inibitório. A sacarose parece contribuir para o enraizamento. Estacas apicais demonstraram ser menos afetadas pelos efeitos fitotóxicos do 2,4-D. Concluiu-se ser possível enraizar estacas de soja de ambos os tipos ou variedades sem tratamentos adicionais. | |
dc.description | Aiming to evaluate vegetative propagation of cultivars IAC-8 and of Garimpo by means of median and apical cuttings submitted to 0, 5, 50, 500 ppm of 2,4-D ºr 15% Of saccharose, this experiment was conducted in a greenhouse at the UFV. A greater root length was observed with increased quantities of 2,4-D. Saccharose seems to contribute to rooting.
Apical cuttings were less affected by phytotoxic effects of 2,4-D. It was concluded that it is possible to root soybean cuttings from both cultivars without any additional treatments. | |
