dc.descriptionO presente artigo é parte da dissertação de mestrado que buscou analisar se gênero e raça interferem na entrada e saída de estudantes negras na antiga Escola Agrotécnica Federal de Barbacena. Foram feitas 124 entrevistas, incluindo as estudantes egressas e ingressas. Nas entrevistas, ficou explícita a percepção de que o racismo e o sexismo existem, porém, não são situações capazes de impedir que estudantes buscassem e conquistassem espaços quer seja na instituição, quer seja no mundo do trabalho
dc.descriptionThis article is part of the dissertation sought to examine whether gender and race influence the inflow and outflow of black female students in the former Federal Agrotechnical School of Barbacena. 124 interviews were performed including egresses and entrant students. In the interviews it became explicit the perception that there are racism and sexism, however, those are not situations able to prevent students from seeking and conquer spaces either in the institution, whether in the world of work
