| dc.description | O presente artigo objetiva abordar os impactos do Plano Nacional de Banda Larga ao longo do território brasileiro. Este plano cuja gestora é a estatal Telebrás almeja universalizar a internet rápida no Brasil. Nessa perspectiva, em um primeiro momento foram retradas as principais características do plano para, em seguida, avaliarmos de que forma ele se enquadra como uma Política Nacional de Ordenamento Territorial. Adiante a ênfase foi dada nas especificidades que engendraram o território brasileiro e na distribuição das redes de banda larga no país. A partir desse arcabouço teórico foi possível inferir que a consubstanciação do plano, dentre outros aspectos, tende a viabilizar o incremento da fluidez, da comunicação, da democracia e da atratividade das localidades contempladas e, dessa forma, prover a melhoria de indicadores socioeconômicos, entretanto para tal é primordial considerar as especificidades desse território. | |
| dc.description | The present article aims to approach the impacts of the national broadband plan in the Brazilian territory. This plan, which is managed by the state-owned company Telebras, intends to universalize the High-Speed internet in Brazil. From this perspective, in a first moment it described the main characteristics of the plan to evaluate the manner that it adjusts to the National Territorial Planning Policy. Forward, emphasis was given to the specificities of the national territory configuration and to the broadband networks distribution in the country. From this theoretical framework it was possible infer that the plan consubstantiation tends to facilitate, in the locations covered by the plan, the increase of the fluidity, communication, democracy and attractiveness and, at this way, it provides the improvement of socioeconomic indicators, however for this, it is essential to consider the specificities of that territory. | |
