| dc.description | From the origin of writing to this 21st century, humanity has
gone through various stages in which the generation, preservation
and knowledge transfer have been links in a chain of
development –dialectical rather than linear−, which has only been possible through
of the interaction of individuals and groups, particularly those
intended for science, academia, technique and technology.
We refer to the transfer of knowledge and the dialogue of knowledge.
Research work is an activity that takes place alone or in
small groups most of the time, however, without the spread,
without its approach to the scientific communities and the rest of society,
research in itself is meaningless.
The popularization of science is as important for society as
it is for the researcher the feedback that can be obtained from it. In this
context, the First Week of Research and Innovation CEIPA −2019,
fully fulfills the purpose of stimulating the dialogue of knowledge: forty
and seven papers by more than thirty-five researchers in fields as
diverse as the economy, entrepreneurship, internationalization,
organizational processes and business training; are a collection of
knowledge that enriches our community of teachers and students,
as well as society in general.
With presentations in English and Spanish, with the participation of teachers,
students and graduates, both in face-to-face and virtual environments,
The meeting featured exhibitors from Spain, Mexico, Sweden, Venezuela and
Colombia. One of the central topics of the meeting was the discussions
on the challenges of education, particularly at the university level, in the
framework of the so-called knowledge society. The hermeneutics that
seeks to understand the reality of higher education in the dimension of its
relevance, helps us point out and delineate two fundamental issues:
rethinking the contents and the generation of new didactics.

It is the order of the day in all academic settings. The question
that underlies can be stated in one of these two keys:
If the information is on the web, even with higher levels of
organization and processing – mode of use, analysis,
interpretation, transformation and deconstruction–, then,
What should be the new curricular contents?
• How to organize the curricular content so that your
use in the training processes does not replicate the work
of the web, but that strengthens the skills of the individual to
their comprehensive development, that is, for the world of work in particular
and for adult life in general?
But along with the discussion of the contents, there is the debate
on didactics, without which the teaching process cannot be conceived
and learning. New opportunities arising from the development of
information and communication technologies, coupled with principles
fundamental pedagogical principles, establish the pillars for new practices
didactics according to the needs of the educational systems in the
knowledge society. In the First Week of the Research and
CEIPA Innovation –2019, regarding the symbiosis between content and
methods, the speakers presented various theses and opened debates
on the challenges of language and communication, the teaching of
mathematics, virtual and face-to-face mediations, the new teaching role
and the challenges in terms of curricular transformation.
These dilemmas, with their approaches, evidenced a certain anguish
intellectual to preserve the cultural heritage of humanity trying to
place the training processes in line with the coming challenges of
a world that changes by leaps and bounds.
In fact, it was possible to show in this dialogue of knowledge that the
questions of content and method affect each other reciprocally, hence the

On the other hand, in a more specific perspective, several
disciplinary issues. Some speakers addressed the challenges of

globalization and the internationalization of business and life, as one

and at the same time of regional integration as a development process, were issues
of intense debate that nurtured more specific concerns such as
those of international goods markets, property management

that in today's life and in the near future, economic relations
international citizens, organizations and countries will
be more strongly marked by realities associated with knowledge
(intellectual property), globalization and geopolitics.
Finally, it is not surprising that some conferences in general have
put the axis of discussion on innovation. This category of science
social and technology has become the backbone of the largest
discussions about the future of society. Innovation as a process
organizational and individual capacity guides reflections on
the competitiveness of companies and territories, this approach responds to the
realities derived from the digitization of processes, the interconnection
through the Internet and the installation of knowledge as an input
basic of production processes. We are no longer an economy that manages
capital land and work, but data, information and knowledge.
In this context, presentations related to entrepreneurship and
SMEs, had as a common thread the questions related to the
business innovation and its different nuances. So, in short, this book
collects the texts rigorously prepared by the speakers who presented
their research findings in the First Research Week
and Innovation CEIPA –2019. We hope that this material will play its role of
serve as a knowledge transfer channel and, thus, serve as a seed
in young students and teachers, while being valued, disputed
and enriched by other research communities. | |
| dc.description | Desde el origen de la escritura hasta este siglo XXI, la humanidad ha
transitado diversos estadios en los cuales la generación, preservación
y transferencia del conocimiento han sido eslabones de una cadena de
desarrollo –dialéctica más que lineal−, que solo ha sido posible a través
de la interacción de individuos y de colectivos, particularmente aquellos
destinados a la ciencia, la academia, la técnica y la tecnología.
Nos referimos a la transferencia del conocimiento y al diálogo de saberes.
El trabajo investigativo es una actividad que se desarrolla en solitario o en
pequeños grupos la mayor parte del tiempo, sin embargo, sin la difusión,
sin su acercamiento a las comunidades científicas y al resto de la sociedad,
la investigación en sí misma carece de sentido.
Es tan importante para la sociedad la divulgación de la ciencia, como
lo es para el investigador el feedback que se puede obtener de ella. En este
contexto, la Primera Semana de la Investigación e Innovación CEIPA −2019,
cumple a plenitud el propósito de estimular el diálogo de saberes: cuarenta
y siete ponencias de más de treinta y cinco investigadores en ámbitos tan
diversos como la economía, el empresarismo, la internacionalización, los
procesos organizacionales y la formación empresarial; son un acervo de
conocimiento que enriquece a nuestra comunidad de docentes y estudiantes,
al igual que a la sociedad en general.
Con ponencias en inglés y en español, con la participación de docentes,
estudiantes y egresados, tanto en ambientes presenciales como virtuales,
el encuentro contó con expositores de España, México, Suecia, Venezuela y
Colombia. Uno de los tópicos centrales del encuentro fueron las discusiones
sobre los retos de la educación, particularmente a nivel universitario, en el
marco de la denominada sociedad del conocimiento. La hermenéutica que
busca entender la realidad de la educación superior en la dimensión de su
pertinencia, nos ayuda a señalar y delinear dos cuestiones fundamentales:
el repensar los contenidos y la generación de nuevas didácticas.
Repensar los contenidos de la educación superior es una cuestión que
se halla a la orden del día en todos los escenarios académicos. La pregunta
que subyace puede enunciarse en alguna de estas dos claves:
Si la información está en web, incluso con mayores niveles de
organización y procesamiento –modo de uso, de análisis, de
interpretación, de transformación y de deconstrucción–, entonces,
¿cuáles deben ser los nuevos contenidos curriculares?
• ¿Cómo organizar los contenidos curriculares para que su
aprovechamiento en los procesos formativos no replique la labor
de la web, sino que fortalezca las competencias del individuo para
su desarrollo integral, o sea, para el mundo laboral en particular
y para la vida adulta en general?
Pero a la par de la discusión de los contenidos, se halla el debate
sobre las didácticas, sin las cuales no se concibe el proceso de enseñanza
y aprendizaje. Nuevas oportunidades derivadas del desarrollo de las
tecnologías de información y comunicaciones, aunadas a principios
pedagógicos fundamentales, establecen los pilares para nuevas prácticas
didácticas acordes a las necesidades de los sistemas educativos en la
sociedad del conocimiento. En la Primera Semana de la Investigación e
Innovación CEIPA –2019, con respecto a la simbiosis entre contenidos y
métodos, los conferencistas expusieron diversas tesis y abrieron debates
sobre los retos del lenguaje y de la comunicación, la enseñanza de las
matemáticas, las mediaciones virtuales y presenciales, el nuevo rol docente
y los desafíos en materia de transformación curricular.
Estos dilemas, con sus enfoques, evidenciaron una cierta angustia
intelectual por preservar el acervo cultural de la humanidad tratando de
colocar los procesos formativos en consonancia con los retos venideros de
un mundo que cambia a pasos agigantados.
De hecho, se pudo evidenciar en este diálogo de saberes que las
cuestiones de contenido y método se afectan recíprocamente, de ahí la
dificultad de ubicarlas en compartimentos estancos.
Por otra parte, en una perspectiva más específica, surgieron varios
temas disciplinares. Algunos conferencistas abordaron los retos de la

globalización y la internacionalización de las empresas y la vida, como uno
de los mayores dilemas de la sociedad moderna. La crisis del eurocentrismo
y a la vez de la integración regional como proceso de desarrollo, fueron temas
de intenso debate que nutrieron preocupaciones más específicas como
las de los mercados internacionales de bienes, la gestión de la propiedad
intelectual y el control a la influencia de negocios ilícitos en las relaciones
económicas internacionales del mundo moderno. Los debates evidenciaron
que en la vida de hoy y en el devenir cercano, las relaciones económicas
internacionales de los ciudadanos, las organizaciones y los países van a
estar más fuertemente marcadas por realidades asociadas al conocimiento
(propiedad intelectual), a la globalización y a la geopolítica.
Por último, no es extraño que algunas conferencias en general hayan
puesto el eje de discusión en la innovación. Esta categoría de las ciencias
sociales y de la tecnología se ha convertido en eje medular de las mayores
discusiones sobre el futuro de la sociedad. La innovación como proceso
organizacional y como capacidad del individuo guía las reflexiones sobre
la competitividad de empresas y territorios, dicho enfoque responde a las
realidades derivadas de la digitalización de los procesos, la interconexión
global a través de internet y la instalación del conocimiento como insumo
básico de los procesos productivos. Ya no somos una economía que gestiona
capital tierra y trabajo, sino, datos, información y conocimiento.
En este contexto, ponencias relacionadas con emprendimientos y
pymes, tuvieron como hilo conductor las preguntas relacionadas con la
innovación empresarial y sus diferentes matices. Así, en síntesis, este libro
recoge los textos rigurosamente elaborados por los ponentes que expusieron
sus hallazgos de investigaciones en la Primera Semana de la Investigación
e Innovación CEIPA –2019. Esperamos que este material juegue su rol de
servir como canal de transferencia de conocimiento y, así, sirva de semilla
en jóvenes estudiantes y docentes, a la vez que sea valorado,
cuestionado y enriquecido por otras comunidades de investigadores. | |
