dc.descriptionThe present study aims to analyze the forms of appropriation and use of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) in the context of the teaching practices of the National Program of Professional Education integrated to Basic Education, in the modality of Youth and Adult Education, at Centro Estadual de Educa??o Profissional Senador Jess? Pinto Freire - PROEJA/CENEP ? (State Center of Professional Education Senator Jess? Pinto Freire) and the possible relations to the proposal of integral human formation for the students. It is a research of qualitative focus, and has as theoreticalmethodological reference, aspects of historical-dialectical materialism, based on the elements, contradiction and mediation that subsidized this analysis. This research was developed from the bibliographic review, documentary analysis, empirical research, which was done by the collection and analysis of data from semi-structured interviews applied to eight professors from PROEJA/CENEP, involving four of the technical disciplines and four of the propaedeutic disciplines. The bibliographic review was focused on the literature on education, work, technology, ICT. The results showed that the professor from PROEJA/CENEP presented an open and flexible relation between Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in their electronic character in order to appropriate and institute modalities of use of these materials, considering the interest in the development of classes which are more pleasing, dynamic and closer to students, so that they are credited with using these materials as propellers of significant changes in the classroom, in a technocentric perspective of replacing artifacts considered as backward, by those modern electronic technologies that enthrone the physical space to the virtual, with the use of social networks. This study pointed out Limits and Possibilities to the integral human formation, related to the limits, with respect to the perspective of student formation, with the use of ICT, the research revealed that the professors, predominantly, presented uses of electronic artifacts to adapt the students to the labor market in a restricted way, in a technicist conception, without considering the integral human formation, in view of the man in his completeness. In the case of teacher training for the use of ICT in the context of PROEJA, the results pointed out that there is an absence of continuous training promoted by the Education Secretariat's initiative regarding the application of these materials, however, regarding the possibilities of using the ICT for integral human formation, the study revealed that in the face of these formative absences of initiative from the State Secretariat of Education, the professors showed themselves to be engaged in their own formative paths, starting with dialogue, interaction among them, and access to continued training courses at Postgraduate level in the Distance or Presential modality, in order to be concerned with an improvement of their training in the sense of their performance in the PROEJA context.

Educa??o B?sica, na modalidade de Educa??o de Jovens e Adultos, do Centro Estadual de Educa??o Profissional Senador Jess? Pinto Freire (PROEJA/CENEP) e as poss?veis rela??es com a proposta de forma??o humana integral para os discentes. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de enfoque qualitativo, e tem como referencial te?rico-metodol?gico, aspectos do materialismo hist?rico-dial?tico, tomando por base os elementos, contradi??o e media??o que subsidiaram esta an?lise. Esta pesquisa se desenvolveu a partir da revis?o bibliogr?fica, an?lise documental, pesquisa emp?rica, que se deu pela coleta e an?lise de dados de entrevistas semiestruturadas aplicadas a oito professores do PROEJA/CENEP, envolvendo, quatro das disciplinas t?cnicas e quatro das disciplinas proped?uticas. A revis?o bibliogr?fica centrou-se na literatura sobre educa??o, trabalho, tecnologia, TIC. Os resultados apontaram que os professores do PROEJA/CENEP apresentaram uma rela??o aberta, flex?vel, das tecnologias da Informa??o e Comunica??o (TIC) em seu car?ter eletr?nico de forma a se apropriarem e institu?rem modalidades de usos desses materiais, considerando o interesse no desenvolvimento de aulas mais prazerosas, din?micas e pr?ximas dos estudantes, de forma que se credita no uso desses materiais como propulsores de mudan?as significativas em sala de aula, numa perspectiva tecnoc?ntrica de substitui??o de artefatos tidos como atrasados, por aquelas tecnologias eletr?nicas modernas, que atrelam o espa?o f?sico ao virtual, com o uso das redes sociais. Este estudo apontou Limites e Possiblidades ? forma??o humana integral, quanto aos limites, no que diz respeito ? perspectiva de forma??o discente, com a utiliza??o das TIC, a pesquisa revelou que os professores, de forma predominante, apresentaram usos de artefatos eletr?nicos para adapta??o dos discentes ao mercado de trabalho de forma restrita, numa concep??o tecnicista, sem se considerar a forma??o humana integral, tendo em vista o homem em sua completude. Em se tratando da forma??o docente para o uso das TIC no contexto do PROEJA, os resultados apontaram que h? uma aus?ncia de forma??o continuada promovida por iniciativa da Secretaria de Educa??o quanto ? aplica??o desses materiais, no entanto, no que concerne ?s possibilidades do uso das TIC para forma??o humana integral, o estudo revelou que diante dessas aus?ncias formativas de iniciativa da Secretaria de Educa??o do Estado, os professores se mostraram empenhados em trilharem caminhos formativos pr?prios, a partir do di?logo, intera??o entre eles, e pelo acesso a cursos de forma??o continuada a n?vel de P?s-Gradua??o na modalidade ? Dist?ncia ou Presencial, de forma a se mostrarem preocupados com uma melhoria de sua forma??o no sentido de sua atua??o no contexto do PROEJA.
