dc.descriptionThis exploratory-descriptive, completion of course work supported by secondary bibliographic sources, aims to evaluate the impact of ballast water (water from the seas, launched and received by vessels in the waterway model) in the dynamics of foreign trade. Several authors, organizations, documents and regulations have supported this research, including: Bourdieu and Wacquant (2002); Hayeck (1987), Giddens (2000); Herz; Hoffmann, (2004); Keohane (2005); Bruno (2017); Brunkhorst (2011); Galito, (2011); Thorthensen (1998); Appleyard et. al (2010); Mendon?a (2013); Seitenfus (2004); Zambobi et al, (2015); Obreg?n and Fabriz (2015); Serafin and Henkes (2013); Carmo (2006); Onu (2017); Globallast (2016); IMO (2017); Camacho (2007); Mead (1995); Dye (1984); Frey (2000); Souza (2006); A lot of aspects are addressed, such as the dynamics of international trade: from the global scenario to the present day , the World Trade Organization in the current conjuncture, the foreign trade and the mitigating actions of the phenomena impacting the marine ecosystem (sea?s natural enviroment where are international ships).Of the several possible conclusions stand out the indispensable correlations between the international trade and the socio-economic-environmental sustainability. Because this, the nation?s relationships of commerce are linked with sea?s environment preservation. In this way, it will be concluded that environmental preservation and economic integration by means of waterway modalities will depend on supranational regulations, subject to the inherent regulations, also each nation-state. For this integration, several organizations, such as the International Maritime Organization Among the various findings, it is finally concluded that there must be transversality in the relations of international trade, the maintenance of biota and ecosystems. This is because in development actions, no harmful environmental impact will be.
dc.descriptionO presente trabalho de conclus?o de curso, de car?ter explorat?rio-descritivo, respaldado em fontes bibliogr?ficas secund?rias tem como objetivo avaliar os impactos advindos da ?gua de lastro, (?gua oriunda dos mares, lan?ada e recebida, pelas embarca??es no modal aquavi?rio) na din?mica do com?rcio exterior. Diversos foram os autores, organiza??es, documentos e normatiza??es, que embasaram essa pesquisa, a citar: Bourdieu e Wacquant (2002); Hayeck (1987);Giddens?(2000); Herz; Hoffmann, (2004); Keohane?(2005); ?Bruno (2017); Brunkhorst?(2011); Galito, (2011); Thorthensen? M?ltiplos aspectos s?o abordados, tais como a din?mica do com?rcio internacional: do cen?rio global ? atualidade; a Organiza??o Mundial do Com?rcio na atual conjuntura; O com?rcio exterior e as a??es mitigadoras dos fen?menos impactantes ao ecossistema marinho (ambiente natural dos mares, por onde navegam as embarca??es no transporte internacional). Das diferentes poss?veis conclus?es destacam-se as imprescind?veis correla??es entre o com?rcio internacional e a sustentabilidade s?cio-econ?mico-ambiental. Isto porque as rela??es de com?rcio entre as na??es, intensamente vinculadas ao ambiente aquavi?rio depender?o da sua preserva??o. Sendo assim, conclui-se que a preserva??o ambiental e a integra??o econ?mica por meio do modal aquavi?rio depender?o de in?meros elementos, dentre os quais, as normatiza??es supranacionais, resguardadas as regulamenta??es inerentes a cada Estado-Na??o. Para tal integra??o protagonizam esse cen?rio diversos organismos, tais como a Organiza??o Mar?tima Internacional. Dentre as copiosas constata??es, por fim conclui-se que deve haver transversalidade nas rela??es do com?rcio internacional, da manuten??o da biota e dos ecossistemas. Isto porque para haver desenvolvimento prescinde impacto ambiental danoso.
