| dc.description | The preservation of nature, of the habitat of man, by man, is primordial to the perpetuation of the human species, just as the conviviality of the past and the present is primordial for the perpetuation of the culture among the peoples. Among the practices adopted for the preservation of natural assets, it is recognized that resorting to environmental legislation is the most direct and effective way. The paper aims to show how to start and / or create a process of registration with the federal government and collaborate to raise popular awareness of a possibility of protection of natural assets characteristic of the local memory. | |

Dentre as práticas adotadas no sentido da preservação de bens naturais, reconhece-se que recorrer à legislação ambiental é a forma mais direcionada e eficaz. O trabalho visa mostrar como proceder para iniciar e/ou criar um processo de tombamento de um bem natural junto a esfera federal de governo e colaborar para a conscientização popular de uma possibilidade de proteção dos bens naturais característicos da memória local. | |
