dc.descriptionO objetivo dessa pesquisa foi analisar a implementação da Política Nacional de Saúde Integral de Lésbicas, Gays, Bissexuais e Travestis e Transexuais(PNST-LGBT) nos serviços de saúde mental do município de Resende-RJ. Esta política foi instituída no âmbito do Sistema Único de Saúde através da Portaria 2.836 de 1º de dezembro de 2011. A fim de identificar as ações tomadas pela gestão municipal para implementação dessa política, foram realizadas entrevistas com a equipe gestora do programa de saúde mental, bem como com as coordenações dos serviços existentes no município. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo utilizando o método de Análise de Conteúdo na vertente temática proposta por Minayo. Baseado nos principios e diretrizes da PNSI-LGT o estudo analisou o que tem sido feito e o que pode melhorar nas ações voltadas à garantia deo direito ao cuidado em saúde mental pelas pessoas LGBTQIA+ em Resende. Os resultados evidenciaram a implementação do serviço de ambulatório em saúde integral para a população LGBTQIA+ no município, entretanto o serviço é voltado para a hormonioterapia e transgenitalização das pessoas transgêneros. O ambulatório municipal proporcina também capacitação e ações de educação permanente para toda a rede de saúde, incluindo os serviços de saúde mental. A análise possibilitou suscitar a discussão com os gestores dos serviços de saúde mental sobre os avanços e fragilidades na implantação da PNSI-LGBT no município de Resende, oportunizando reflexões sobre o atendimento dessa população em relação aos cuidados em saúde mental, evidenciando os desafios institucionais a serem enfrentados.
dc.descriptionThe objective of this research was to analyze the implementation of the National Policy on Comprehensive Health for Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals and Transvestites and Transsexuals (PNST-LGBT) in mental health services in the city of Resende-RJ. This policy was instituted within the scope of the Unified Health System through Ordinance 2,836 of December 1, 2011. In order to identify the actions taken by the municipal management to implement this policy, interviews were carried out with the management team of the mental health program, as well as the coordination of existing services in the municipality. This is a qualitative study using the Content Analysis method in the thematic area proposed by Minayo. Based on the principles and guidelines of the PNSI-LGT, the study analyzed what has been done and what can be improved in actions aimed at guaranteeing the right to mental health care for LGBTQIA+ people in Resende. The results showed the implementation of the outpatient service in comprehensive health for the LGBTQIA+ population in the municipality, however the service is focused on hormone therapy and transgenitalization of transgender people. The municipal outpatient clinic also provides training and permanent education actions for the entire health network, including mental health services. The analysis made it possible to raise a discussion with the managers of mental health services about the advances and weaknesses in the implementation of the PNSI-LGBT in the municipality of Resende, providing opportunities for reflections on the care of this population in relation to years of mental health care, highlighting the institutional challenges to be faced.
