dc.descriptionNo presente relato analisamos os níveis dos isotipos IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b e IgG3 de camundongos Balb / c imunizados com antígeno repetitivo citoplasmático (CRA) e antígeno flagelar repetitivo (FRA) de Trypanosoma cruzi. A imunização foi realizada por via subcutânea por três vezes (20 dias de intervalo) e a análise foi realizada 14 dias após cada tratamento. Camundongos imunizados com CRA produziram altos níveis de todos os isotipos de IgG, principalmente IgG3 e IgG1. A imunização com FRA provocou apenas altos níveis de IgG1.
dc.descriptionIn the present report we analyzed the levels of IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b and IgG3 isotypes from Balb/c mice immunized with cytoplasmic repetitive antigen (CRA), and flagelar repetitive antigen (FRA) of Trypanosoma cruzi. The immunization was done by subcutaneous route three times (20 days apart) and the analysis was performed 14 days after each treatment. CRA-immunized mice produced high levels of all IgG isotypes, mainly IgG3 and IgG1. FRA-immunization elicited only high levels of IgG1.
