| dc.description | O Hospital Geral de Areias (HGA) é um hospital público ligado a rede estadual, que tem um serviço de atendimento geral de urgência e internamento, acolhendo a população de Recife e demais municípios de Pernambuco. Nos últimos anos esse serviço tem atendido casos de tuberculose (TB), entretanto, não existe uma rotina estabelecida de diagnóstico e para manejo clinico desses pacientes. Este plano de intervenção objetiva implantar, até março de 2013, ações de prevenção e de diagnóstico para pacientes sintomáticos respiratórios atendidos nesse hospital. Para isso, tem-se dentre as ações deste plano: Implantar busca de Sintomáticos Respiratórios entre a demanda do serviço; Implantar/implementar a realização da baciloscopia de escarro para diagnóstico de TB entre os Sintomáticos Respiratório detectados; Implantar a realização do teste tuberculínico; Implementar a vigilância de casos; Implantar o tratamento de tuberculose dos casos internados; Implementar ações de prevenção e biossegurança no hospital; Implementar o fluxo para os serviços de referencia. As atividades, metas e os indicadores foram propostos para o monitoramento e avaliação deste plano de intervenção. A viabilidade deste plano de intervenção está garantida pelo estabelecimento de parcerias entre o HGA e as Gerências Estadual e Municipal do Programa de Controle da Tuberculose e, pela decisão e envolvimento da Gestão e Equipes de Saúde do HGA. Acredita-se, com esta iniciativa, contribuir para a melhoria dos indicadores dessa doença, em Recife e consequentemente, em Pernambuco | |
| dc.description | The General Hospital of Areias (HGA) is a public hospital of the state net, which has a general service of urgency and other hospital services, welcoming the population of Recife and of others local authorities of Pernambuco. In the last years this service has been attending cases of tuberculosis (TB); meantime, there is not an established routine for diagnosis and care for these patients. The objective of this Plan of intervention is to introduce, up to March of 2013, actions of prevention and of diagnosis for respiratory symptomatic patients that are attended in this hospital. For that, it has among the actions: To introduce search of Respiratory Symptomatic ones between the demand of the service; to Introduce / implement the realization of the “baciloscopia” of phlegm for diagnosis of TB between the Symptomatic Respiratory detected; to Introduce the realization of the tuberculin test; to Implement the vigilance of cases; to Introduce the treatment of tuberculosis of the interned cases; To implement actions of prevention and of “biossegurança” in the hospital; to implement the flow for the references services. The activities, target and the indicators were proposed for monitoring and to evaluate this plan of intervention. The viability of this plan of intervention is guaranteed by the partnerships establishment between the HGA and the Gerência Estadual and Municipal of the Tuberculosis Control Program, and, for the decision and involvement of the Management and Teams of Health of the HGA. It is believed, with this initiative, to contribute to the improvement of the indicators of this disease, in Recife and consequently, in Pernambuco. | |
