| dc.description | INTRODUÇÃO: A pesquisa formativa, aqui abordada, realizada com informantes-chave das mulheres profissionais do sexo, foi a primeira etapa da pesquisa principal "Taxas de prevalência de HIV e sífilis e conhecimento, atitudes e práticas de risco relacionadas às infecções sexualmente transmissíveis no grupo das mulheres profissionais do sexo".OBJETIVOS: Implementar a logística e procedimentos de estudo comportamental e sorológico com trabalhadoras do sexo, na cidade do Recife. MÉTODOS: A pesquisa formativa utilizou métodos qualitativos para a coleta e análise dos dados. A técnica escolhida foi a de grupos focais e entrevistas semi-estruturadas com informantes-chaves. Foi composta de dois momentos distintos: com as profissionais do sexo divididas em dois grupos focais segundo a faixa etária, e o segundo momento, com as equipes de saúde do local escolhido para sediar a pesquisa. Ao final de cada atividade foi elaborado um resumo na matriz eletrônica das categorias de análise. RESULTADOS: São apresentados em três secções: a realidade atual dessa profissão no Recife, incluindo o contexto social; a logística e operacionalização da pesquisa e, o local de realização da pesquisa e suas características. Observou-se que a motivação para a entrada na profissão vem do contexto de vulnerabilidade em que a maioria dessas mulheres provém. Não relataram nenhum empecilho específico para a participação na pesquisa principal, discutindo apenas os melhores dias e horários. A unidade escolhida para a realização do estudo, o Centro de Testagem e Aconselhamento, fica bem localizado, com infra-estrutura ideal, e profissionais capacitados. | |
| dc.description | INTRODUCTION: The formative research, here boarded, carried through with informer-key of the professional women of the sex, was the first stage of the main research “Taxes of prevalence of HIV and sífilis and knowledge, related attitudes and practical of risk to the sexually transmissible infections in the group of the professional women of the sex”.OBJECTIVES: To implement logistic and the procedures of mannering and serological study with workers of the sex, in the city of Recife. METHODS: The formative research used qualitative methods for the collection and analysis of the data. The chosen technique was of focal groups and the interviews half-structuralized with informer-keys. She was composed of two distinct moments: with the professionals of the sex divided in two groups according to age bracket, and as the moment, with the teams of health of the chosen place to host the research. To the end of each activity a summary in the electronic matrix of the categories of analysis was elaborated. RESULTS: They are presented in three sections: the current reality of the profession in Recife, including the social context; logistic and the activity of the research and, the place of accomplishment of the research and its characteristics. It is observed that the motivation for the entrance in the profession comes of the vulnerability context where the majority of these women comes. They had not told to none impediment for the participation of the research, however they had argued the best days and schedules. The unit chosen for the accomplishment of the study is the Center of Testagem and Aconselhamento, located good, with ideal infrastructure and able professionals. CONCLUSION: the formative research was power to decide and important to collect given useful for the development and the execution of the main research and to know the local reality of the city how much to the social context of the professionals of the sex. It disclosed to the importance of the contributions for the participants for creation of a study of suitable intervention to the local realities of this population, given its individuality. | |
