| dc.description | O Brasil do ano 2020 está submerso num processo de perdas imensuráveis decorrentes
da pandemia da COVID-19 e que têm impactado diretamente nas populações em
situação de maior vulnerabilidade social. Engendrado como nunca numa conjuntura
política com práticas genocidas, excludentes e violentas, o cenário brasileiro está
propício para a retomada da cultura manicomial, nos impelindo a pensar em novas
formas de cuidado no campo da saúde mental. O trabalho aqui apresentado com o tema
“Cultura, saúde mental e Educação Popular: uma relação dialógica na produção de
cuidado coletivo entre mulheres” trata-se de uma narrativa autobiográfica, simbolizada
poeticamente através da palavra (oral e escrita), reproduzida nos diálogos realizados em
terapias grupais e individuais entre mulheres atendidas no Espaço Terapics, espaço de
cuidado em práticas integrativas e populares em saúde, localizado no município de
Currais Novos/RN. Trago como objetivo geral, identificar os impactos da interlocução
entre saúde mental, cultura e educação popular no processo de construção do cuidado
coletivo de um grupo de mulheres, e como objetivos específicos identificar como as
experiências de cuidado dialogam com a cultura e a educação popular, analisar como as
práticas de cuidado desenvolvidas contribuem para o protagonismo das mulheres
atendidas e analisar como o uso da palavra, em suas mais variadas expressões,
contribuiu na promoção do cuidado em saúde dessas mulheres. Através da
sistematização realizada, as práticas de cuidado, realizadas por meio de círculos de
cultura, foram se desenrolando num bordado delicado, individual e coletivo, onde cada
subir e descer da linha seguia o mesmo ritmo, transformando-nos, e provocando um
processo libertador de mudança e de protagonismo. | |
| dc.description | Brazil is immersed in a process of immeasurable losses resulting from the COVID-19
pandemic and which has directly impacted populations in situations of greater social
vulnerability. Engaged as never before in a political context with genocidal,
exclusionary and violent practices, the Brazilian scenario is conducive to the resumption
of asylum culture, impelling us to think about new forms of care in the field of mental
health. The work presented here with the theme “Culture, mental health and Popular
Education: a dialogical relationship in the production of collective care among women”
is an autobiographical narrative, symbolized poetically through the word (oral and
written) reproduced in the dialogues, carried out in group and individual therapies
among women treated at Espaço Terapics, a space of care in integrative and popular
health practices, located in the city of Currais Novos / RN. I bring as a general
objective, to identify the impacts of the dialogue between mental health, culture and
popular education in the process of building collective care for a group of women, and
as specific objectives to identify how the experiences of care dialogue with culture and
popular education, to analyze how the care practices developed contribute to the role of
the women attended and to analyze how the use of the word, in its most varied
expressions, contributed to the promotion of health care for these women. Through the
systematization carried out, the care practices, carried out by means of culture circles,
were unfolded in a delicate embroidery, individual and collective, where each up and
down the line followed the same rhythm, transforming us, causing a liberating process
of change and protagonism. | |
