| dc.description | O processo de inclusão das ações de alimentação e nutrição na saúde vem se
desenvolvendo no sentido de aperfeiçoar e fortalecer o SUS, em busca de melhorar
e ampliar a atenção em saúde respondendo, de forma a contribuir para o Direito
Humano a Alimentação e Nutrição e a Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional.
O conjunto de propostas assinaladas neste projeto de intervenção tenciona
contribuir para nortear, a médio e longo prazo, as ações de alimentação e nutrição
no Estado, por meio da Política Estadual a ser construída de forma participativa e na
ótica da cidadania.
Tomaram-se como elementos de referência, para elaboração desse trabalho, o
diagnóstico epidemiológico nutricional do estado do Ceará, a análise da organização
das ações de alimentação e nutrição na Secretaria de Saúde do Estado do Ceará e
nas secretarias de saúde dos 184 municípios desse Estado. O Plano de Saúde do
Estado do Ceará, as Políticas Nacionais de Saúde e de Alimentação e Nutrição, a
Política Nacional de Promoção da Saúde, Política Nacional de Atenção Básica,
Pactos pela Vida, em Defesa do SUS e de Gestão formam o marco legal no qual a
política estadual está inserida. | |
| dc.description | The process of inclusion of the actions of feeding and nutrition in the health comes if
developing in the direction to perfect and to fortify the SUS, in search to improve and
to extend the attention in health being answered, of form to contribute for the Human
Right the Feeding and Nutrition and the Security Alimentary and Nutritional. The set
of proposals designated in this project of intervention intends to contribute to guide,
the medium and long run, the actions of feeding and nutrition in the State, by means
of the State Politics to be constructed of participative form and in the optics of the
citizenship. They had been overcome as reference elements, for elaboration of this
work, the diagnostic nutritional epidemiologist of the state of the Ceará, the analysis
of the organization of the actions of feeding and nutrition in the Secretariat of Health
of the State of the Ceará and in the secretariats of health of the 184 cities of this
State. The Plan of Health of the State of the Ceará, the National Politics of Health
and Feeding and Nutrition, the National Politics of Promotion of the Health, National
Politics of Basic Attention, Pacts for the Life, in Defense of the SUS and of
Management form the legal landmark in which the state politics is inserted. | |
