dc.descriptionO objetivo principal deste trabalho foi uma análise do Modelo Operário Italiano de saúde do trabalhador (MOI), visando correlacionar princípios utilizados na sua construção e o pensamento de Antonio Gramsci. O MOI teve como principal objetivo criar um novo método de ação contra a nocividade no trabalho, tendo como seu protagonista o próprio trabalhador. Justifica-se o teor da presente discussão pelo fato do MOI ter influenciado o campo das relações saúde-trabalho no Brasil, onde são escassos os textos acadêmicos que discutem o tema. A dissertação partiu da questão quanto à influência de Gramsci na construção do modelo e em que medida. Como hipótese, o pensamento de Gramsci influenciou o modelo, principalmente na vertente do trabalho como princípio educativo na formação de trabalhadores e estes como intelectuais produtores de conhecimento. Os objetivos específicos foram: analisar o saber operário; o processo educativo e a socialização do conhecimento; a relação entre a história de luta dos trabalhadores na Itália e o MOI; e o pensamento de Gramsci, na organização dos trabalhadores e sua ta política. A metodologia utilizou-se de uma revisão da literatura científica, em bases de dados nacionais e internacionais, tanto sobre o MOI, quanto sobre Gramsci. Além disso recorreu-se aos escritos de Gramsci Cadernos do cárcere, edições italiana e brasileira, Cartas do cárcere e Escritos Políticos. Finalmente, analisou-se o contexto histórico, social, econômico e político das primeiras manifestações de trabalhadores na Itália e a participação de Antonio Gramsci nesse contexto.
dc.descriptionThe main purpose of this paper was to analyze the Italian laborer health model (MOI), based on the thinking of Antonio Gramsci, aiming to find close concepts between the principles used in the construction of the laborer model and Gramsci’s thoughts. The MOI aimed to create a new method of action against the harm at work, taking as its protagonist the worker. Justified the content of this discussion, the fact of the MOI have influenced the field of health and labor relations in Brazil, where are scarce academic texts that discuss the topic. The study left the issue as to the influence of Gramsci in construction of the model and to what extent. As a hypothesis, the MOI was influenced by the thought of Gramsci, primarily for issue of work as an educative principle in the formation of the laborers, and in the vision of these as producers of intellectual knowledge.The specific objectives were: to analyse the knowledge laborer, the educational processand the socialization of knowledge, the relationship between the history of struggle of the workers in Italy and MOI, and the thought of Gramsci in the organization of workers and the political struggle. The methodology utilized was specify a literary review, on a national and international data on both the MOI, as about Gramsci. Furthermore, we used the the writings of Gramsci “Prison Notebooks”, brazilian and italian editions, “Letters from prison” and “Political writings”. Finally, we analyzed the historical context, social, economic and political manifestations of the first workers in Italy and the participation of Antonio Gramsci in this context.
