dc.descriptionNeste trabalho, o tema desenvolvido foi o Assédio Moral no Serviço Público: Uma Revisão sobre as Implicações na Saúde dos Trabalhadores e o Aporte Normativo Brasileiro. Assim, estabeleceu-se por objetivo do estudo investigar, a partir da literatura brasileira disponível sobre o tema. Para tanto a metodologia utilizada caracterizou-se pela pesquisa descritiva, combinando com a pesquisa bibliográfica. Pôde-se evidenciar a falta de conhecimento dos gestores e profissionais em saúde a respeito de tal tema, como também a existência do assédio moral no serviço público, que se apresenta com um índice muito considerável nos dias de hoje, bem como, as implicações, atitudes e comportamentos hostis, humilhantes e constrangedores sofridos pelos profissionais em saúde durante a sua jornada de trabalho. Levantouse ainda a ocorrência do assédio moral nas relações entre trabalhadores e suas respectivas chefias nas repartições públicas. Como fonte também deste estudo, observou-se o aspecto discriminatório e as implicações para o bem-estar físico e emocional dos servidores. Constata-se que atualmente a incidência do fenômeno Assédio Moral, é marcante e crescente, diante das inúmeras transformações no mundo do trabalho, sobretudo pela globalização, que gera busca do poder e do saber de uma forma exacerbada, levando à prática das hostilizações e discriminações. No atual contexto ao qual o trabalho está inserido, destacam-se questões que influenciam na vida do trabalhador. A globalização, o avanço tecnológico, a competitividade de mercado e a exigência por excelência e qualificação profissional são alguns dos fatores que têm levado o trabalhador a um desgaste físico e emocional cada vez mais prejudicial à sua saúde. A competitividade de mercado reflete-se então no individualismo e competitividade entre as pessoas, favorecendo a prática de hostilizações e assédio moral no âmbito do trabalho.
dc.descriptionIn this work, the theme was developed Psychological Harassment in Public Service: A Review of the Implications for Workers' Health and Regulatory Contribution Dollars. Thus was established the objective of the study to investigate, from the Brazilian literature available on the subject. For both the methodology used was characterized by descriptive research, combining with the literature search. It might show a lack of knowledge of managers and health professionals about this topic, but also the existence of bullying in public service, which presents with an index very handsome today, as well as the implications attitudes and behaviors hostile, humiliating and embarrassing suffered by health professionals during their workday. Rose even the occurrence of bullying in the relations between workers and their bosses in public offices. As the source also of this study, we observed the appearance discrimination and the implications for the physical well-being and emotional servers. It appears that currently the incidence of the phenomenon Moral Harassment is remarkable and growing, given the many changes in the world of work, especially by globalization, which generates pursuit of power and knowledge in a way exacerbated, leading to the practice of harassment and discrimination . In the current context in which the work is placed, we highlight issues that affect the lives of workers. Globalization, technological advancement, competitiveness of the market and the demand for excellence and professional training are some of the factors that have led the worker to physical and emotional exhaustion increasingly harmful to your health. The competitiveness of the market is reflected then in individualism and competitiveness among people, encouraging the practice of harassment and bullying in the work. We conclude that it is necessary to disclose more this phenomenon, so that people are kept informed and can defend themselves and help potential victims of this evil. It is a type of violence that is widely practiced within organizations and what needs to be disclosed to be avoided through management practices and preventive interventions. Finally were raised about the laws Municipal, State and also decrees and legal decisions regarding such theme.
