| dc.description | A Vigilância Sanitária (VISA) faz parte do conjunto das ações e serviços de saúde que constituem o SUS, foi regulada no Brasil pela Lei Federal nº 8.080/90 e suas ações são baseadas na avaliação, gerenciamento e comunicação de riscos a saúde. Tem caráter prioritário por sua natureza preventiva, e como tem poder de polícia só pode ser exercida pelo Estado. Seu campo de atuação é amplo e quase inesgotável, intervindo em todos os aspectos que possam está relacionado à saúde dos cidadãos. É uma atividade de visão intersetorial, pois a qualidade do seu trabalho depende da integração e do envolvimento de diversos órgãos e setores governamentais, mas principalmente da participação da sociedade civil organizada para desenvolver suas tarefas cotidianas de fiscalização e controle. Dessa forma, objetivamos analisar o perfil das denúncias recebidas pela População do Município de Olinda - PE, recolhendo informações registradas no setor de protocolo da VISA, durante o ano de 2009, cadastradas e analisadas em sistema de informação, onde observamos que os serviços de alimentação predominaram em relação aos demais tipos de estabelecimentos, destacando-se a higienização precária do ambiente como principal natureza da denúncia, além de uma maior concentração de denúncias em um dos Distritos Sanitários (DS II) | |

It is a vision intersectoral activity, because the quality of your work depends on the integration and involvement of various agencies and government sectors, but especially the participation of civil society organizations to develop their daily tasks of supervision and control. Thus, we aimed to analyze the profile of complaints received by the population of the city of Olinda - PE, gathering information recorded in the sector of the VISA Protocol for the year 2009, registered and analyzed information system, where we observed that the food service prevalent in relation to other types of establishments, especially the poor hygiene of the environment as the primary nature of the complaint, and a higher concentration of complaints in a Sanitary Districts (DS II). | |
