dc.descriptionScientific knowledge entails a great effort, which is not easy and even less so, tt is not easy, and even less so in the face of the interests of groups that conspire against its expansion, however, the struggle to obtain it is also the possibility of development, because the binomial knowledge and development is inescapable, one is part of the other, therefore we cannot aspire as a society to raise our levels of progress if we do not attend to the injection of investment and equity of the social appropriation of knowledge, as a strategic guarantor for the granting of more advanced societies not only in terms of their production and growth.en-US
dc.descriptionEl conocimiento científico conlleva un gran esfuerzo, que no es fácil y menos, cerca de los intereses de grupos que conspiran contra su expansión, sin embargo la lucha por obtenerlo es también la posibilidad del desarrollo, porque el binomio conocimiento y desarrollo es ineludible, uno es parte del otro, por lo tanto no podemos aspiras como sociedad a elevar nuestros niveles de progreso sino se atiende la inyección de inversión y equidad de la apropiación social del conocimiento, como garante estratégico para la concesión de sociedades más avanzadas no solo en función a su producción y crecimiento.es-ES
