dc.descriptionThe aim of the research was to assess impact as working conditions for the implementation of DOTS TB promoters of health; the methodology was quantitative, cross-sectional study addressing the variables was an observational study; the results showed that only about half refers achieve coverage of all TB cases home visits, according to the DOTS strategy, nevertheless recognizes the importance of their role in the identification of respiratory symptomatic and six months of work most have identified respiratory symptoms, of which the results were mostly negative; conclusions level, it should encourage, monitor and verify that during home visits are conducted educational activities, educational materials related to Tuberculosis is used as well as the identification of respiratory systematic. dc.descriptionEl objetivo de la investigación fue valorar cómo las condiciones laborales inciden para el cumplimiento de la estrategia TAES de la tuberculosis, por parte de promotores de salud. La metodología fue cuantitativa, estudio transversal y el abordaje de las variables observacional. Los resultados evidenciaron que solo cerca de la mitad refiere lograr la cobertura de todos los casos de tuberculosis con visita domiciliar, según la estrategia TAES, a pesar de ello reconoce la importancia de su papel en la identificación de síntomas respiratorios. Y en seis meses de trabajo, la mayoría ha identificado sintomáticos respiratorios, cuyos resultados, en su mayoría, fueron negativos. Como conclusión: se debe incentivar, supervisar y verificar que durante la visita domiciliar se realicen acciones educativas, se use material educativo relacionado a tuberculosis así como a la identificación del sistema respiratorio.
