| dc.description | <p>El proyecto productivo, manejo orgánico del cultivo de caña (<em>Saccharum officinarum</em>), para producir panela granula en la vereda Salen, Municipio de Isnos-Huila, está basado en cuatro componentes: Agronómico, empresarial, investigativo y social. Para tal fin, se trabajó en un cultivo de caña ya establecido, en un área de 3500 m², variedad CP 57-603, que venía siendo manejado de manera convencional. En el Manejo Agronómico se realizó un análisis de suelo con el fin de conocer la disponibilidad de nutrientes, y realizar la fertilización acorde con las necesidades del cultivo; en seguida se determinó los productos biológicos adecuados para el manejo de plagas, enfermedades y arvenses (MIPEA). En el componente empresarial se ejecutó una evaluación y planificación del cultivo, desde la implementación hasta la venta del producto, enfocada en abrir nuevos canales de comercialización, que garanticen la venta del producto y la economía del agricultor. El componente investigativo se procedió un estudio sobre tres métodos de propagación en campo, con el fin de evaluar la mejor técnica en la obtención de semilla asexual de caña panelera. Los resultados obtenidos fueron retroalimentados con la comunidad panelera del Municipio de Isnos dentro del componente social, que, además, aportó en el análisis de algunas de las problemáticas económicas, sociales y ambientales de la vereda Salen, con sus posibles soluciones.</p> | |
| dc.description | The productive project for the organic management of sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum) to produce organic granulated panela in the Salen village, Municipality of Isnos-Huila, is based on four components: Agronomic, business, research and social. To this end, work was carried out on an already established sugarcane crop, in an area of 3500 m², variety CP 57-603, which had been managed conventionally. In agronomic management, a soil analysis was carried out to determine the availability of nutrients and fertilization according to the needs of the crop. Then the appropriate biological products were determined for the management of pests, diseases and weeds (MIPEA). In the business component, an evaluation and planning of the crop was carried out from the implementation to the sale of the product, focused on opening new marketing channels that guarantee the sale of the product and the farmer's economy. In the research component, a study was conducted on three methods of field propagation, in order to evaluate the best technique for obtaining asexual seed of sugarcane. The results obtained were fed back to the panelera community of the Municipality of Isnos within the social component, which also contributed to the analysis of some of the economic, social and environmental problems of the Salen village, with their possible solutions. | |
