| dc.description | <p>En el presente trabajo de grado se pretende dar a conocer cómo se ha llevado a cabo la gestión integral de los residuos orgánicos a nivel distrital y nacional, igualmente la normativa que aplica para llevarla a cabo y cómo se busca incentivar una economía circular a partir de su aprovechamiento, por ello se pretende organizar la información realizando un análisis de la gestión de los residuos orgánicos en Colombia a través de la visualización del marco legal vigente representado por medio de un dashboard. Para llegar al objetivo planteado se considera identificar la normatividad vigente y entidades asociadas a la gestión de los residuos orgánicos, establecer criterios de visualización técnicos y jurídicos en el dashboard a partir de la información obtenida, así, posteriormente llegar a formular recomendaciones para la gestión de residuos sólidos orgánicos a partir de la propuesta. Todo el trabajo se realiza bajo una metodología de investigación de tipo proyectiva. Se obtuvo que se emitieron dieciséis normas a nivel nacional, tres de políticas a nivel nacional, dieciséis de normativa distrital y 3 de políticas distritales que emiten conceptos sobre la gestión de los residuos orgánicos.</p> | |
| dc.description | In the present work it is intended to make known how the integral management of organic waste has been carried out at the district and national level, as well as the regulations that apply to carry it out and how it seeks to encourage a circular economy from its use. Therefore, it is intended to organize the information by performing an analysis of the management of organic waste in Colombia through the visualization of the current legal framework represented by means of a dashboard. To reach the stated objective, it is considered to identify the current regulations and entities associated with the management of organic waste, establish technical and legal visualization criteria in the dashboard based on the information obtained, thus, subsequently formulate recommendations for the management of organic waste.
