| dc.description | <p>El presente documento, tiene como objetivo evaluar las alternativas de reciclaje a prendas de vestir, que permitan integrar estos textiles a un nuevo ciclo productivo, bajo una visión de economía circular, determinando así una estrategia que sea favorable para el medio ambiente y la economía del sector textil. Para dar cumplimiento a este objetivo, se desarrolló el documento mediante tres fases; en la cual la primera fase consistió en recopilar todo tipo de información bibliográfica sobre manejos, alternativas y estrategias que existen a nivel nacional e internacional para el segundo uso y reciclaje de prendas de vestir usadas y otros textiles. La segunda fase corresponde a la evaluación y análisis de información colectada para realizar una comparación de estrategias existentes de reciclaje de prendas de segunda mano y textiles. Finalmente, la tercera fase, por medio de una matriz de impactos se determinó cual alternativa cumple los requerimientos para lograr una estrategia que permita reciclar las prendas de vestir, mitigando el impacto ambiental que genera.</p> | |
| dc.description | The objective of this paper is to assess the recycling alternatives of garments, which allow these textiles to be integrated into a new productive cycle under a circular economy vision, thus determining a propitious strategy for the environment and the textile sector. To attain said objective, the document was developed in three phases: the first one consisted in garnering all relevant bibliographic material on management, alternatives and worldwide existing strategies for the second use and recycling of used clothing and other textiles. The second phase corresponds to the evaluation and analysis of collected data in order to carry out a comparison between the existing strategies for recycling second-hand clothing and textiles. The third phase allowed to determine, through an impact matrix, which alternative meets the requirements to achieve a strategy that enables the recycling of garments, whilst allaying their environmental impact. | |
