| dc.description | <p>El proyecto productivo en zona de origen se llevó a cabo con la implementación de un sistema de producción de Maíz <em>(Zea mays)</em> en el resguardo El Turpial, del municipio de Puerto López, Meta. Este proyecto se hizo en un ciclo, en un área de 8.640 m<sup>2</sup>, en la cual, se obtuvo una producción de 4.700 kg. De igual manera se comercializó en dos canales, directamente al consumidor final y un intermediario mayorista.</p> <p>Durante el ciclo productivo en el cultivo se evidenció la presencia de gusano cogollero <em>(Spodoptera frugiperda)</em>, de igual manera se realizó un trabajo social de acompañamiento técnico para los agricultores de un resguardo indígena. Con esta misma población se llevó a cabo un trabajo de investigación que tiene como objetivo la “Caracterización de los sistemas productivos de pequeños y medianos agricultores del Resguardo Indígena el Turpial”.</p> <p>El cultivo de maíz se convierte en un potencial agrícola en las zonas de la altillanura, en la zona del Meta donde se encuentra ubicado el municipio de Puerto López.</p> | |
| dc.description | The production project in the area of origin was carried out with the implementation of a corn (Zea mays) production system in the El Turpial reservation in the municipality of Puerto López, Meta. This project was carried out in one cycle, in an area of 8.640 m2, in which a production of 4.700 kg was obtained. It was also marketed in two channels, directly to the final consumer and a wholesale intermediary. During the production cycle, the presence of the budworm (spodoptera frugiperda) was detected in the crop, and technical assistance was provided to farmers in an indigenous reservation. With this same population, a research work was carried out with the objective of characterizing the productive systems of small and medium farmers of the Turpial Indigenous Reserve.
