| dc.description | <p>El presente trabajo busca analizar el nivel de implementación de la Ley de víctimas 1448 de 2011 desde la gestión documental electrónica en el ICBF, para lo cual se usó un enfoque mixto que permite establecer la importancia y responsabilidad que maneja el Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar en relación con el acceso a los archivos de derechos humanos y la obligatoriedad de dar aplicación a las leyes. Para lograr el objetivo anterior, se abordó como método el estudio de caso haciendo uso de encuestas, aplicadas a una porción de funcionarios que hacen parte del Grupo de Gestión Documental, luego de obtener los resultados se someten a una herramienta de alta confiabilidad que nos muestra gráficamente el nivel de implementación de la Ley 1448 de 2011, en cuanto a la identificación de expedientes de derechos humanos.</p> | |
| dc.description | The present work seeks to analyze the level of implementation of the Victims Law 1448 of 2011 from the electronic document management in the ICBF, for which a mixed approach was used that allows establishing the i mportance and responsibility that the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare manages in relation to access to human rights files and the obligation to apply the laws. To achieve the above objective, the case study was approached as a method using s urveys, applied to a portion of officials who are part of the Documentary Management Group, after obtaining the results they are subjected to a highly reliable tool that shows us graphically the level of implementation of Law 1448 of 2011, in terms of the identification of human rights files. | |
