| dc.description | <p>La presente investigación se enfoca en el fortalecimiento de las competencias de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación en los docentes del Colegio Gimnasio Obregón a fin de incrementar su apropiación y uso a través de un escenario virtual de aprendizaje. El enfoque metodológico cualitativo fue empleado para comprender e interpretar la realidad del estudio desde el punto de vista de los participantes de la investigación; bajo el método de investigación, acción para definir las competencias presentes en el profesorado, tomando como referencia el modelo en competencias digitales del Ministerio de Educación Nacional. 32 docentes de las diferentes áreas del conocimiento de la institución conformaron la población inicial del estudio, sin embargo, debido a las diferentes responsabilidades académicas de la población docente se desprendió el espacio virtual con los jefes de cada área del conocimiento con la finalidad de que posteriormente ellos frente al grupo de docentes sean multiplicadores y líderes de los aprendizajes y competencias fortalecidas. Los resultados de la investigación demuestran que los docentes mantienen la importancia de fortalecer las competencias TIC, vincularlas en procesos de enseñanza en el aula para consolidar el aprendizaje de cada una de las áreas del conocimiento, a pesar de ello, es necesaria una formación constante donde el docente esté actualizando saberes y las competencias adquiridas que le permitan la implementación y creación de estrategias para lograr la innovación en su práctica pedagógica y desempeño profesional.</p> | |
| dc.description | This document focuses on strengthening the skills of information and communication technologies in the teachers of the Gimnasio Obregón to increase their appropriation and use through a virtual learning scenario. The qualitative methodological approach was used to understand and interpret the reality of the study from the point of view of the research participants; under the action research method to define the competencies present in the teaching staff taking as a reference the digital competencies model of the Ministry of National Education. 32 teachers from the different areas of knowledge of the institution formed the initial population of the study, however, due to the different academic responsibilities of the teaching population, it was decided to implement the virtual space with the heads of each area of knowledge to later they, in front of the group of teachers, are multipliers and leaders of learning and strengthened skills. The results of the research show that teachers recognize the importance of strengthening ICT skills, linking them in teaching processes in the classroom to consolidate the learning of each of the areas of knowledge, despite this, constant training is necessary where the teacher is updating knowledge and acquired skills that allow the implementation and creation of strategies to achieve innovation in their pedagogical practice and professional performance. | |
