dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación trata de la evolución de las prácticas de producción musical utilizando equipos de laboratorio de mediados del siglo XX y analiza su cambio, breve desaparición y resurgimiento en particular con la aparición del internet. Se rastrea el cambio desde una época temprana en la que la creación de música electrónica era un proceso difícil, costoso y limitado a los círculos académicos especializados, hasta un período posterior en el que, gracias a la accesibilidad de información que trae el internet, al igual que el acceso físico a los equipos a través de los mercados digitales de segunda mano, se logra ampliar las comunidades de práctica a nivel global y se empiezan a hacer latentes comunidades que trabajan y experimentan con estos equipos. La investigación parte de las entrevistas a varios personajes que hacen parte esencial de estas comunidades, así como a pioneros del uso de estos equipos para la producción musical. | |
