Moodies is an interdisciplinary academic project that delves into the realms of mental well-being, nutrition, and the untapped potential of the lemon. Through the innovative concept of food design and a profound understanding of emotional eating, this endeavor aspires to craft a distinctive brand and food product tailored specifically to address moments of anxiety, stress, and emotional distress, primarily targeting the university population. Our principal aim with Moodies is to offer a thoughtful solution for emotional hunger, encouraging young individuals to heighten their awareness of emotions and their connection to dietary choices. By blending positive nourishment with emotional consciousness, we endeavor to enrich both the physical and emotional well-being of consumers, fostering an unparalleled experience that promotes mindfulness and overall wellness. The core objective of this research and brand development lies in creating a positive impact on the lives of young adults. Moodies aspires to transcend the boundaries of a mere food product, evolving into a potent tool for emotional management while fostering healthier eating habits during vulnerable emotional states. Drawing from a diverse and creative approach, Moodies endeavors to emerge as an innovative brand, deeply committed to the mental and emotional health of university students. Our foundation rests on the profound belief that nutrition can serve as a gateway to mindfulness and consciousness, with the aspiration of manifesting this vision through an appealing and purpose-driven product.
