| dc.description | El presente trabajo de practica académica mostrara como se rediseño el almacén de la empresa CICLO GALVEZ PEREIRA, teniendo en cuenta desde el punto de vista logístico, todo lo necesario para desarrollar un almacén optimo, pues no solo se trata de un cambio de infraestructura física, sino también del flujo ideal de información y materiales.
De esta manera el siguiente trabajo presenta como se desarrollo este rediseño del almacén y el por qué de las decisiones que se tomaron sobre este nuevo lay-out, para tener la mejor distribución posible en los espacios y de esta manera traducirlo en ahorro de tiempo en los procesos logísticos del almacén. | |
