| dc.description | La norma WRAP, sin duda alguna, es un sistema de gestión que le permite a la industria textil, demostrar que su producción se realiza, bajo parámetros humanos, éticos y responsables. Es de esta manera como el WRAP se convierte en una oportunidad de mejora continua en sus condiciones de producción, no solo en la parte de infraestructura física, sino también en la parte humana, siendo esta ultima, la razón de ser de la norma en si. Claro esta que dicho sistema de gestión es también por si mismo una herramienta para evaluar el estado de la organización en diferentes aspectos que interaccionan de una manera impórtate. Por esta razón la C.I. NICOLE S.A. ha decido implementar la norma WRAP, no solo a su manera de producir, sino también, como una oportunidad de generar una cultura, cada vez mas Ética, Humana y Responsable /Abstract: The WRAP standard, undoubtedly, is a management system that allows the textile industry, demonstrate that its production takes place under human, ethical and responsible parameters. It is in this way that the WRAP becomes an opportunity for continuous improvement in production conditions, not only on the part of physical infrastructure , but also on the human side , the latter being the rationale for the rule itself . It is obvious that this management system is itself a tool to assess the state of the organization in different aspects that interact in a way importate . For this reason C.I. NICOLE SA has decided to implement the WRAP standard, not just their way of producing , but also as an opportunity to generate a culture increasingly Ethics and Human Responsibility | |
