| dc.description | El presente documento, da cuenta de cómo recualificar la carrera 18 de la ciudad de Calarcá en el Departamento del Quindío, Colombia, a partir de la oportunidad de la relocalización del paso de vía nacional que conecta la capital del país (Bogotá D.C) con el puerto de Buenaventura – en el Departamento del Valle del Cauca, en un corredor verde sostenible que permite tejer dos orillas fragmentadas por la infraestructura existente; bajo esta oportunidad, el respectivo proyecto dispone como elemento de articulación la estructura ecológica principal urbana, permitiendo devolver a la ciudad entre otros la calidad ambiental, la reconfiguración del perfil vial a uno más urbano, diseño de intersecciones peatonales y espacio público que garantice la accesibilidad segura a los diferentes servicios, además de otras estrategias y acciones relacionadas al componente funcional como nuevos frentes de vivienda, comercio y equipamientos que coadyuven al desarrollo social, económico de los habitantes del sector y la ciudad. Abstract: The present document, gives an account of how to requalify the Carrera 18 of the city of Calarcá in the Department of Quindío Colombia, from the opportunity of the relocation of the national road that connects the capital of the country (Bogotá D. C) with the port of Buenaventura - in the Department of Valle del Cauca, in a sustainable green corridor that allows to weave two shores fragmented by the existing infrastructure; under this opportunity, the respective project has as an element of articulation the main urban ecological structure, allowing to return to the city among others the environmental quality, the reconfiguration of the road profile to a more urban one, design of pedestrian intersections and public space that guarantees the safe accessibility to the different services, besides other strategies and actions related to the functional component as new fronts of housing, commerce and equipments that contribute to the social and economic development of the inhabitants of the sector and the city. | |
