| dc.description | Este artículo es el producto de una investigación orientada a la descripción del estado actual de una empresa de la ciudad de Pereira llamada Dotación Integral S.A.S, una organización dedicada a la producción y comercialización de calzado, ropa, y seguridad industrial a nivel nacional. A lo largo de este documento se abordan conceptos del diagnóstico organizacional, el mercadeo y las finanzas, teniendo como característica la relación que se tiene entre ellas. Para llevar a cabo el desarrollo del documento, se abordaron algunas variables del entorno de la industria del calzado, ya que, esta, está guiada hacia el conocimiento de la industria y sus características. Para la realización de este trabajo, se llevan a cabo una serie de etapas que permiten la obtención de información y el logro del objetivo principal de la investigación, describir el estado actual de la empresa Dotación Integral S.A.S de la ciudad de Pereira. | |
| dc.description | This article is the product of an oriented description of the current state of a company in the city of Pereira called Dotación Integral S.A.S, an organization dedicated to the production and marketing of footwear, apparel, industrial safety and national research. Throughout this document, concepts of organizational diagnosis, marketing and finance are addressed, with the characteristic the relationship tha is between them. To carry out the development of the document, some environment variables shoe industry were discussed, since this is guided to the knowledge of the industry and their characteristics. To carry out this work, they carried out a series of steps that allow obtaining information and achieving the main goal of the research, describing the current state of the company Integral Endowment S.A.S city of Pereira. | |
