dc.descriptionEste artículo de revisión documental pretende indagar en la literatura acerca de la representación social del diagnóstico y su influencia en la terapia cognitivo conductual con niños, niñas y adolescentes. Para ello se realizó la revisión de diferentes fuentes de información publicadas entre los años 2010 y 2021 en América del Sur. Se concluye que algunas habilidades que debe poseer el psicólogo para el establecimiento de la relación terapéutica son: la empatía, el apego, el vínculo, el Rapport y el juego. Se rescata que en el análisis de la estructura cognitiva de NNA es importante identificar elementos que permitan dar cuenta de la RSD y su impacto tanto en el plan de tratamiento psicológico como en el establecimiento de la relación terapéutica. / Abstract : This review article pretends to investigate the literature on the social representation of diagnosis and its influence on cognitive behavioral therapy with children and adolescents. Because of this, a review of different sources of information published between 2010 and 2021 in South America was carried out. It is concluded that some skills that the psychologist should possess for the establishment of the therapeutic relationship are: empathy, attachment, bonding, Rapport and play. It should be emphasized that in the analysis of the cognitive structure of children and adolescents it is important to identify elements that allow to show the RSD and its impact on both the psychological treatment plan and the establishment of the therapeutic relationship.
