| dc.description | Las actuales circunstancias del planeta han obligado a cambiar la forma en qué
entendemos las ciudades y sus procesos de crecimiento, hemos pasado de planes pilotos rígidos y
absolutistas a una visión más sensible y coherente del territorio y de cada uno de sus
componentes, donde el carácter ambiental y el paisaje están empezando a tomar el papel más
importante en los métodos de conceptualización y objeto principal de estudio.
Con esta visión de paisaje y territorio surge la idea de este trabajo, que pretende a través
de dicha mirada generar una crítica a las actuales intervenciones y de paso establecer criterios y
lineamientos para afrontar el futuro de las ciudades. En nuestra intervención proponemos
elementos en continuo proceso de cambio, de constante adaptabilidad a las mutaciones
espaciales que sufren los territorios, donde la naturaleza es el eje principal y motor de dicha
transformación.
Para entender el lugar y su contexto dividimos el trabajo en tres elementos
organizacionales; el primero la recopilación de información y elaboración del marco conceptual
para conocer la historia del sitio, sus falencias y potencialidades, en la segunda parte, mediante la
exploración de textos, reflexiones teóricas y ejemplos donde la fusión de arquitectura y paisaje,
naturaleza y artificio, nos dieran una idea de construcción de tejidos entre lo urbano y los rural
sin olvidar al ser humano como eje fundamental y el tercer paso, por medio del cruce de
información de los puntos uno y dos formulamos nuestro proyecto cuya base es la idea de borde
y la interacción con el río Cauca, tejiendo a través del espacio público líneas de acción y
apropiación, generando la idea de identidad que actualmente es totalmente inexistente en el
lugar y de paso proponer otras formas de actuar sobre el territorio sin comprometer los recursos y
potenciándolos como motor de desarrollo. /Abstract: The present circumstances of the planet have forced to change the way in which we
understand the cities and their growth processes, we have gone from rigid and absolutist pilot
plans to a more sensitive and coherent vision of the territory and each of its components, Where
the environmental character and the landscape are beginning to take the most important role in
the methods of conceptualization and main object of study.
With this vision of landscape and territory comes the idea of this work, which seeks to
generate a critique of current interventions and also establish criteria and guidelines to face the
future of cities. In our intervention we propose elements in a continuous process of change, of
constant adaptability to the spatial mutations suffered by the territories, where nature is the main
and driving force of this transformation.
To understand the place and its context we divided the work into three organizational
elements; the first the collection of information and elaboration of the conceptual framework to
know the history of the place, the weakness and strengths, in the second part, through the
exploration of texts theoretical reflections and examples where the fusion of architecture and
landscape, nature and artifice, give us an idea of fabric construction between urban and rural
without forgetting the human being as the fundamental axis and the third step, through the
crossing of information points one and two we formulate our project base on the idea of edge
and the interaction with the Cauca river, weaving through the public space lines of action and
appropriation, Generating identity idea that is currently totally non-existent in the place And in
the process propose other ways of acting on the territory without compromising the resources
and empowering them as a motor of development. | |
