dc.descriptionresumen en español: El objetivo de la presente investigación fue identificar la relación entre el bullying y la ausencia de reconocimiento en un grupo de estudiantes y un grupo de docentes, dicha investigación corresponde a una metodología de tipo mixto con un enfoque fenomenológico, logrando profundizar en cada una de las categorías, acoso escolar y ausencia de reconocimiento. La información se obtuvo a partir de entrevistas, grupo focal y encuestas, evidenció que el bullying es un fenómeno del cual tanto estudiantes como docentes tienen conocimiento y lo interpretan como un suceso negativo que menosprecia la presencia del otro, ocasionando un daño emocional, afectando su autoestima, provocando el aislamiento, evitando que sean parte de la construcción social e impidiendo construir escenarios de respeto mutuo. Abstract: resumen en inglés. The objective of this research was to identify the relationship between bullying and the absence of recognition in a group of students and a group of teachers, this research corresponds to a mixed methodology with a phenomenological approach, achieving to deepen in each of the categories, bullying and absence of recognition. The information was obtained from interviews, focus group and surveys, showing that bullying is a phenomenon of which both students and teachers are aware and interpret it as a negative event that belittles the presence of others, causing emotional damage, affecting their self-esteem, causing isolation, preventing them from being part of the social construction and preventing scenarios of mutual respect.
