dc.descriptionSick Building Syndrome (SBS) is a disease recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO), which affects more than 20% of the occupants of a building, presenting nonspecific symptoms while they are in the place of origin. , as they move away, the symptomatology fades, hence, the present work consists of determining the presence of SEE in the workers of the functional unit of the quality area of the Clinic of Traumas and Fractures-Associated Specialists SA For this, a cross-sectional study was carried out with the information collected in the entity and it was analyzed focused on the stated objectives; so that the results show the presence of the symptoms associated with the Sick Building Syndrome, such as: throat, mouth, nose, eye, respiratory, general and skin disorders.

dc.descriptionEl Síndrome del Edificio Enfermo (SEE), es una enfermedad reconocida por la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS), la cual afecta a más del 20% de los ocupantes de un edificio, presentando síntomas inespecíficos mientras se encuentran en el lugar de origen, a medida que se alejan la sintomatología se va desvaneciendo, de ahí, que el presente trabajo consiste en determinar la presencia del SEE en los trabajadores de la unidad funcional del área de calidad de la Clínica de Traumas y Fracturas- Especialistas Asociados S.A. Para ello, se realizó un estudio de tipo transversal con la información recolectada en la entidad y se analizaron enfocados en los objetivos planteados; de manera, que los resultados evidencian la presencia de la sintomatología asociada al Síndrome del Edifico Enfermo, tales como: garganta, bucales, nasales, oculares, trastornos respiratorios, generales y de piel.
