dc.descriptionThe General System of Social Security in Health - SGSSS seeks to generate conditions that protect the health of Colombians as established by the Statutory Law, guaranteeing the universality of insurance and effective access to health services, preserving the financial sustainability of the system, being the well-being of the user, the central axis and articulating nucleus of health policies. Health affiliation is carried out in the contributory or subsidized regime, through the health promoting entities (EPS). The objective of this research is to describe the processes that are carried out in the insurance area with respect to the benefits of users in the health secretary of Montería Córdoba, in the period of 2023. The plan developed to work in business practice is based on a research work as a methodology, this is of a diagnostic nature since we seek to analyze the affiliation process in the municipal secretary of montería in the insurance area, knowing all the procedure that it carries out to the affiliation of users who are not affiliated to the subsidized regime. One of the fundamental processes for the insurance area was analyzed, such as the affiliation process to the subsidized health regime, taking as support tools all the related documents and that are stipulated to carry out the affiliation process, also the knowledge of contractors in the insurance area of the health secretary of the city of Montería.

dc.descriptionEl Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud (SGSSS) busca generar condiciones que protejan la salud de los colombianos según establece la Ley Estatutaria, garantizando la universalidad del aseguramiento y el acceso efectivo a los servicios de salud, preservando la sostenibilidad financiera del sistema, siendo el bienestar del usuario, el eje central y núcleo articulador de las políticas en salud. La afiliación en salud se efectúa en el régimen contributivo o subsidiado, a través de las entidades promotoras de salud (EPS). El objetivo de esta investigación es describir los procesos que se realizan en el área de aseguramiento con respecto a los beneficios de los usuarios en la secretaria de salud de montería Córdoba, en el periodo del año 2023. El plan desarrollado para trabajar en la práctica empresarial se basa en un trabajo de investigación como metodología esta es de carácter diagnostico ya que buscamos analizar el proceso de afiliación en la secretaria municipal de montería en el área de seguramiento conociendo todo el procedimiento que este realiza para la afiliación de los usuarios que no están afiliados al régimen subsidiado. Se analizo uno de los procesos fundamentales para el área de aseguramiento como lo es el proceso de la afiliación al régimen subsidiado de salud, tomando como herramientas de apoyo todos los documentos relacionados y que están estipulados para llevar a cabo el proceso de afiliación, también los conocimientos los contratistas del área de aseguramiento de la secretaria de salud de la ciudad de Montería.
